Indian commerce service officers can be engaged extra within the negotiations of free commerce agreements (FTA), trade deliberations and policy-making, Commerce Secretary Sunil Barthwal mentioned on Tuesday. He was addressing an Indian Commerce Service Officers convention, which was held at Kevadia, Gujarat.
