Brookfield Properties, which owns The Gallery’s multilevel retail component, declined to answer inquiries about its plans. The 30-story emerald-green building at Pratt and Calvert streets also houses 265,000 square feet of office space and a 680-room Renaissance Hotel with stunning Inner Harbor views, 24-hour security, and five levels of underground parking.
