Seorae Restaurant in Richmond, Virginia

The Seorae menu offers traditional Korean cuisine. You’ll find yakimono, shokuji, cheese mandu, and kimchi mandu. There are also plenty of dishes with vegetables. These are all traditional Korean dishes that are a must-try. In addition to these traditional dishes, you’ll find a variety of international dishes.

yakimono

If you’re in the mood for yakimono, there are a few options on the Seorae menu. Yakimono is traditionally cooked on bamboo skewers. The typical dish includes chicken, beef, or shellfish. Unagi, or grilled eel, is also available.

The popular Korean Charcoal BBQ, SEORAE, has new additions. The restaurant now offers sets for sharing, so you can try a little bit of everything. The restaurant has also introduced new makkoli mixes and soju cocktails. The chef took inspiration from Korean dramas when creating the menu.

cheese mandu

The Seorae cheese mandu menu consists of several dishes with cheese as the main ingredient. These dishes can be ordered individually or as a set. Choose from the Cheese Mandu Skewer Platter, the Enoki Samgyeob Skewer, the Corn-Cheese Platter, or the Mix Kkochi Platter. A variety of meats and vegetables are also available to order.

If you’re looking for a guilty pleasure, try the Cheese Mandu Tteokbokki, a thick stew of cheese and kimchi. Also, try the spicy pork belly and signature lean pork skirt meat. A meal at Seorae is not complete without this tasty treat.

kimchi mandu

Seorae is a South Korean BBQ restaurant chain with more than 230 locations. They are opening a new location in Richmond, Virginia, this summer. The menu includes standard Korean BBQ eats and some unusual options. The restaurant’s name suggests skirt meat, but the menu also offers kimchi mandu, cheese-stuffed corn-chee dumplings, pineapple, and pineapple roe.

Kimchi mandu is typically served with rice and kumari, a side dish. If you want to get creative, try adding ground perilla seeds to the filling. If you’re feeling adventurous, try mixing some ground perilla seeds with the kimchi filling to add an even richer taste. Wrappers for kimchi mandu are available at Korean/Asian markets and some grocery stores. You can also make your own or purchase a package from a specialty store.

kimari

Located in Jurong East, Seorae is a fine dining Korean restaurant serving authentic Korean barbecue and traditional Korean dishes. It is Singapore’s first Galmaegisal restaurant and prides itself on using only the best quality meat and produce. It offers Dine-In, Takeaway, and Delivery options.

The kimari here is made with egg yolk and served with white rice. You can also get it as a side. There’s also a pork belly dish. The pork belly is marinated in vulgogi sauce and served with mayo.

black sesame salad

If you have never been to Korea, you may wonder about the black sesame salad on the Seorae menu. The dish is a Korean street snack made with fresh ingredients and charcoal grilled. The salad is served with sides such as seaweed rice and kimchi fried rice.

Seorae uses quality charcoal to cook its meat. This technique infuses the flavours into the meat. A steamed egg and melted cheese are also served with the salad.
