Scotty and Gabi welcomed their first child collectively in Raleigh, North Carolina. They have been launched to their son, Merrick Avery McCreery, within the early hours of Monday, Oct. 24.

“Subsequent to his mom, he’s essentially the most lovely factor I’ve ever seen,” Scotty mentioned in a press launch printed by Individuals. “We’ve been ready and getting ready all yr, and now we’re so excited to have our little man right here with us. We’ve begun a grand new journey that may proceed for the remainder of our lives.
“Gabi was a complete rock star throughout Avery’s start. I couldn’t be extra happy with her. She has already taken to motherhood like a champ. A part of my pleasure as his Dad is watching Gabi already crush it as his Mother.”

Avery was formally born at 4:34 a.m. and arrived 11 days ahead of anticipated. He weighed seven-pounds, 13 oz. and measured 21 inches at start.
The “American Idol” season 10 winner and his spouse acquired engaged in Sept. 2017 and tied the knot in North Carolina the following June.
