Is Will Smith again and higher than ever? These stars appear to assume so!
It’s been a complete seven months because the slap seen ’around the world happened on the 2022 Oscars, and the legendary actor appears to be prepared for his massive comeback. On Monday, Smith took to Instagram with a carousel of images he took on the screening of his new film Emancipation. He wrote within the caption:
“EPIC evening!! Thanx for coming to see #Emancipation. Hope ya’ll loved!!”
The images included Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Tyler Perry, movie author Kenya Barris, music producer Corey Smith, stylist Fawn Boardley, and none apart from controversial comic Dave Chappelle. Ch-ch-check it out (beneath):
Barris shared the identical images on his grid, saying:
“This evening was actually one for the books! An incredible and sensible group of pals received collectively and witnessed TRUE ART. The dialog after was the impact of what something and all the pieces we as creatives do on this business hope for. Love you @willsmith and thanks for internet hosting @davechappelle”
Perry even chimed in with a mini film evaluate of his personal:
“I’m nonetheless haunted by Emancipation. It’s actually highly effective, shifting and charming. And the dialog afterward with this group was legendary. Thanks Will Smith for the preview!”
With this sort of help, it looks like Will isn’t going to have a tough time making his return to Hollywood… though we didn’t see Chris Rock within the theater with him…
