(Reuters) – The Republican Nationwide Committee (RNC) filed a lawsuit in opposition to Alphabet (NASDAQ:) Inc’s Google on Friday for allegedly sending its emails to customers’ spam folders.
The U.S. political committee accuses the tech big of “discriminating” in opposition to it by “throttling its electronic mail messages due to the RNC’s political affiliation and views,” in line with a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court docket in California.

Google rejected the claims.
