Nikita Dragun was compelled into the boys’s unit of the native jail after Monday’s arrest in Florida, a call her rep says may’ve been a recipe for catastrophe.
Nikita’s rep, Jack Ketsoyan, tells TMZ … “The scenario with Nikita, who’s legally feminine, being positioned in a males’s unit of a Florida jail is extraordinarily disturbing and harmful.”
Ketsoyan continues, “This determination made by the Miami-Dade County Corrections Division immediately violates their protocol, which mandates that transgender inmates are categorised and housed based mostly on security wants and gender id.”
As we reported, the transgender influencer was arrested this week on a felony cost of battery on a police officer … after allegedly inflicting a disturbance for a protracted time period, strolling across the pool space bare.
