Kanye West is providing an apology.
After a string of antisemitic statements on social media and elsewhere, the rapper appeared on “Piers Morgan Uncensored” on Wednesday and stated he was sorry for the damage he prompted.

At first, although, West doubled down when requested if he regretted his feedback, telling Morgan, “No, completely not.”
Requested if he was conscious that his statements had been racist, West admitted, “Yeah, clearly that’s why I stated it … Sure. I fought fireplace with fireplace. I’m not right here to get hosed down.”
Later within the interview, although, West managed to supply some contrition for his phrases.
“I’ll say, I’m sorry for the those who I damage with the DEFCON… the confusion that I prompted. I really feel like I prompted damage and confusion and I’m sorry for the households that had nothing to do with the trauma that I had been by,” he stated.
He added, “Harm folks damage folks — and I used to be damage.”

The apology got here after an look this week on the “Drink Champs” podcast through which he made quite a lot of antisemitic feedback, together with saying that “Jewish folks have owned the Black voice.”
