Michael Fanone, the previous DC police officer injured through the Jan. 6 rebel, has been by way of the wringer since then … and says if nobody’s held accountable for the assault, America’s headed in a harmful path.
Michael joined us on “TMZ Reside” to debate the Jan. 6 Committee’s determination Thursday to subpoena Donald Trump — a transfer he completely applauds, though it would not sound like he is holding out a ton of hope Trump will really be delivered to justice.

We requested Michael — who was repeatedly crushed with a flagpole, tasered, and dragged down a number of steps within the chaos that day — how he’d really feel if Trump runs in 2024 and wins.
He did not hesitate along with his response, saying … “In the event you’re asking me if I am gonna go to Canada … f**okay no!!!” As an alternative, Michael stated he would attempt to discover some method to coexist within the nation with Trump supporters.
