BBC Information stories that Musk, who took over the social media platform final week, has ordered all Twitter places of work closed Friday whereas staffers await their destiny after Musk’s announcement that mass layoffs can be coming.

Based on The Related Press, a letter was despatched to Twitter’s 7,500-plus workers to tell them they’d study by 9 a.m. Pacific Customary Time whether or not they had been being laid off.
