Byelections outcomes 2022: Counting is underway for meeting seats that went to bypolls throughout six states – Bihar, Haryana, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Odisha. Whereas two seats have been up for polls in Bihar, the relaxation 5 states had one seat every. The BJP has gained three seats – Gopalganj (Bihar), Adampur (Haryana), and Gola Gokrannath (UP).

The RJD’s Neelam Devi has gained the Mokama constituency, the place she defeated Sonam Devi of the BJP. That is the primary election for any meeting seat since JDU’s Nitish Kumar joined palms with the RJD.
