Brian Austin Inexperienced is talking out in response to an alleged custody declare by his ex, Vanessa Marcil.
“I simply heard that my ex was claiming I spent years taking her to courtroom and asking for baby assist,” the 49-year-old actor wrote on Thursday by way of his Instagram Tales. “How was I the Respondent then??? #factsisfacts #thetruthshallsetyoufree.”
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star included a screenshot of courtroom papers that appeared to point out Marcil, 53, listed because the petitioner and Inexperienced because the respondent.
ET has reached out to Marcil for remark.
The previous couple shares a 20-year-old son, Kassius, from their four-year relationship. Inexperienced and Marcil break up in 2003.
Inexperienced can be the daddy of three sons with ex-wife Megan Fox — Noah, 9, Bodhi, 8, and Journey, 5 — and 3-month-old son Zane with present girlfriend Sharna Burgess.
In an interview with ET in July, Inexperienced joked about being finished having children.
“I imply, I’ve 5 children, and we joke about the truth that I had a I already had a station wagon [before Zane], so now I’ve [to get] a Yukon Denali,” Inexperienced quipped. “If I’ve one other one, then I’m shifting to love a faculty bus or one thing.”
