BEIJING/SYDNEY (Reuters) – A Boeing (NYSE:) 737 MAX flight by MIAT Mongolian Airways landed in Guangzhou on Monday morning, flight monitoring web sites confirmed, marking what gave the impression to be the primary business flight by the mannequin to China because the nation grounded the aircraft in March 2019.
Chinese language airways haven’t returned the 737 MAX to business service and Boeing final month mentioned it might start to remarket a number of the planes meant for Chinese language prospects.
The 737 MAX has returned to business service in nearly each market globally, with the exceptions of China and Russia, which is now sanctioned over its invasion of Ukraine.
Flight OM235 from Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar landed in Guangzhou on Monday morning, in response to FlightRadar24 and VariFlight.
Boeing declined to touch upon the MIAT flight, saying it continued to work with world regulators and prospects on the secure return of the MAX, which was grounded after two deadly crashes.
MIAT, China’s aviation regulator and Guangzhou Baiyun Worldwide Airport didn’t reply instantly to a request for remark.
