Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Friday stated if the social gathering involves energy on the Centre, there could be a revisit of GST (items and companies tax).

Addressing a gathering in Mahabubnagar District as a part of his ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra,’ he alleged that the prevailing defective GST regime and Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led authorities’s demonetisation in 2016 ruined small and medium companies.

When our authorities assumes energy in Delhi, we’ll revisit GST and there shall be just one tax (slab) not 5 (slabs), he stated.

He promised that if the Congress involves energy in Telangana, the Forest Rights Act could be applied in toto for the advantage of adivasis.

Dubbing Chief Minister Ok Chandrasekhar Rao, also called KCR, because the ‘rajah’ of the State, Gandhi stated KCR’s motto is to seize land and cash of the individuals of Telangana.

He alleged that BJP and TRS work in tandem and the latter helps all of the Payments launched by the NDA authorities in Parliament.

On the one hand, BJP is spreading hatred and on the opposite TRS helps it. No matter BJP desires TRS fulfils it within the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, he stated.
