A former medical psychologist for the San Antonio Spurs has agreed to settle a lawsuit filed towards the franchise and Joshua Primo, the 2021 lottery decide launched by the group final month after he was accused of repeated acts of indecent publicity.
“The events have agreed to resolve the matter,” Tony Buzbee, Cauthen’s legal professional, instructed a number of information shops.
The lawsuit was filed by Dr. Hillary Cauthen on Oct. 3, alleging that Primo had uncovered himself to her 9 instances throughout personal classes and that the franchise “ignored her repeated reviews” of the incidents.
In response to the lawsuit, Cauthen first reported Primo’s misconduct to Spurs administration in January. Her employment with the group ended when her contract was not renewed in August.
Primo, the No. 12 decide within the 2021 draft, was launched lower than three weeks after the Spurs exercised his third-year group choice guaranteeing a $4.3 million wage for the 2023-24 season.
